Delivery Information
All our cat food is frozen. Delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday, with the first possible date being 2 days after the day of your order.
All our goods are packed in polystyrene boxes with several ice sheets to ensure that our product reaches you fully frozen, in perfect condition, even if the goods are left until later on the delivery day.
You will receive an email from the courier to give you an update on where the delivery is. You DO NOT have to be available to sign for the delivery. When you checkout, there is a text box for you to leave special instructions on where the parcel(s) can be left if no one is in.
We also have the option of eco-friendly foil-lined packaging for your order, which is available at checkout for an additional cost.

I am so pleased I have found this supplier, it has made such a huge difference to my cats lives. The eldest of my 4 was diagnosed with Hyperthyroid and was wasting away no matter how much she ate. Ever since we have transitioned her onto this her weight has doubled! Her skin seems less itchy and her fur is thick and shiny for the first time. My Maine Coon has always had digestive problems (loose stools and gas) and that has completely gone. My two kittens are still in the transition stage so only pick at it occasionally but are getting there. I still mix in the juice from cheap packets which helps alot! Overall, I”m very happy with the consistent quality of the product and that it only contains what they need.
