Deliveries

All of our cat food is frozen so you are able to a select a date for your delivery via DPD.

Delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday.

Next Day delivery is usually available on any orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday. This only applies to England, *Scotland, Wales & Isle of Wight.

All of our goods are packed in insulated, recyclable, carboard boxes with ice sheets to ensure that our products remain fully frozen, in perfect condition, for 48 hours after dispatch.

You will receive notification from the courier to give you an update on where the delivery is. You DO NOT have to be available to sign for the delivery. When you checkout, there is a text box for you to leave special instructions on where the parcel(s) can be left if no one is in.
