Deliveries

All of our cat food is frozen so you are able to a select a date for your delivery via DPD.

Delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday.

Next Day delivery is usually available on orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday.

All of our goods are packed in insulated, recyclable, carboard boxes with ice sheets to ensure that our products remain fully frozen, in perfect condition, for at least 48 hours after dispatch.

You will receive notification from the courier to give you an update on where the delivery is. You DO NOT have to be available to sign for the delivery. When you checkout, there is a text box for you to leave special instructions on where the parcel(s) can be left if no one is in. Please do not change the delivery date with DPD because they will be unable to deliver at a later date due to the perishable nature of our goods, and the parcel will be disposed of. Please contact Purrform directly if you wish to change a delivery date, this will only be possible if the parcel has not left our factory.
