Returns and refund policy.
If, in the unlikely event, you have a problem with your order, please contact our customer services team within 48 hours of delivery. To do this please email email@example.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for frozen products as we are unable to guarantee they have been stored & handled appropriately.
If you would like to return a non-frozen product, please contact our customer service team in the first instance, quoting your order number. You must return the goods to us at your own expense, and you must ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to protect against any damage in transit. We are unable to offer refunds on goods that do not arrive back to us in their original condition. We are unable to issue any refunds if your cat does not like a product.
If you have purchased our products from a third-party stockist, please contact the stockist and refer to their returns policy.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, for example, if goods are faulty or not as described.
